The company, through its subsidiary, is dedicated to support the transition into green energy, promoting a cleaner, more sustainable environment for future generations. 

In line with its commitment to the renewable energy sector, the Company has explored various opportunities in the EBT-fueled power generation business over the past few years and has developed a strategic plan to switch its energy portfolio towards new and renewable energy sources.  

The Company, through PT Daya Mas Geopatra Pangrango, a subsidiary, has obtained permission from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) for preliminary surveys and geothermal exploration in Cipanas area, Cianjur Regency, West Java Province. As of December 31, 2023, the Company has conducted a preliminary survey and plans to proceed to the exploration phase in Q3-Q4 2024. 

Additionally, through PT Daya Sukses Makmur Selaras, a subsidiary, the Company has partnered with Trina Solar Energy Development Pte. Ltd., and PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewables, to establish PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia, one of the first photovoltaic (PV) manufacturers. This venture aims to position itself as a global leader in solar technology and manufacturing. 

The Company has also founded PT Daya Mas Agra Sejahtera (with the brand name Dian Solar), a solar PV development company that offers innovative solutions tailored to both current and future energy needs. With a strong focus on efficient and sustainable solar technology, Dian Solar aims to reduce carbon footprints and lower energy costs, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.
