PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) was established on August 2, 1996, under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. As the business grew, DSSA expanded its reach across various strategic sectors that now serve as the main pillars of the Company’s business.

Each of these sectors is managed in an integrated manner through the Company’s five main business pillars, namely: Mining, New & Renewable Energy (NRE), Digital & Technology Infrastructure, Chemicals, and Investments. 2024
- Acquired PT SMPlus Solusi Sejahtera and established PT Kuningan Mas Gemilang and PT LG Sinarmas Technology Solutions, strengthening the technology, data center, and digital solution business lines.
- Established new entities for geothermal project development, namely:
- PT Daya Mas Cisolok Energi and PT Daya Mas Nage Energi as holding companies.
- PT Daya Mas Cisolok Geothermal and PT Daya Mas Nage Geothermal as project operators.
2023
- Conducted a share buyback of 154,105,327 shares.
- PT Daya Sukses Makmur Selaras, a subsidiary, began construction of an integrated solar panel factory with a capacity of 1 GWp/year in KEK Kendal, Central Java.
- Completed ownership restructuring by transferring shares in GEAR and becoming the direct majority shareholder of PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS).
- Expanded the portfolio into the healthcare sector through the establishment of GWS Medika and GWS Farma in several strategic locations in Jakarta.
