Jakarta, June 19, 2026 – PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (IDX: DSSA) (“DSSA” atau “Perseroan”) has once again earned regional recognition as one of Southeast Asia's largest corporations, securing the 124th position in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500. This milestone reaffirms DSSA’s position as a future-oriented company with a robust, diversified business model across the energy, digital infrastructure, and technology sectors amidst the accelerating economic transformation of the region.

Among the hundreds of companies on the list, DSSA stands out through the strategic integration of two pillars that serve as the foundation of the future economy: sustainable energy and nationwide digital infrastructure. This combination positions DSSA not merely as a participant in the regional corporate landscape, but as a key driver of structural transformation in Southeast Asia.

Compiled by Fortune, this ranking orders the region's largest companies based on fiscal revenue. The latest edition reflects a consolidation of corporate strength amidst global dynamics, where the energy, technology, manufacturing, and financial services sectors are experiencing shifts in value and an acceleration of business model transformations.

“DSSA’s presence in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 demonstrates the capacity of Indonesian companies to not only compete but also establish a strategic position at the regional level. In the future, economic growth will be heavily driven by AI adoption, which relies on reliable energy and robust digital infrastructure. DSSA is uniquely positioned as we develop both integrally within a single interconnected business ecosystem,” said David Audy, Director of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk.

As a public company with a strategic role in the energy, digital infrastructure, and technology sectors, DSSA consistently strengthens its competitive edge by developing these two strategic pillars as the foundation for long-term growth.

In the energy business, DSSA is accelerating its transformation toward low-emission operations through the electrification of PT Borneo Indobara's operational fleet as part of its green mining initiative. DSSA also continues to expand its renewable energy portfolio by operating a 1 GW integrated solar panel factory in the Kendal SEZ (Special Economic Zone) and developing geothermal projects with a total potential of 440 MW across six strategic regions to support the net-zero carbon target by 2050.

In the digital infrastructure and technology business, DSSA is building one of Indonesia's largest connectivity foundations by deploying a fiber optic network spanning approximately 57,000 km, reaching over 9 million homepasses and serving more than 1 million broadband subscribers through MyRepublic Indonesia and Moratelindo. Concurrently, DSSA, through PT SMPlus Digital Investama (SM+), continues to strengthen its footprint in the data economy by developing 24 Edge Data Centers and constructing the Jakarta SMX01 Flagship Hub—an 18 MW Tier-IV AI-ready facility in the Jakarta CBD, targeted to be operational in the second half of 2026. This infrastructure is further bolstered by a strategic partnership with iFLYTEK to deliver Machine Learning-based solutions and a cross-industry AI ecosystem. Through the integration of energy, digital connectivity, data centers, and AI, DSSA is strategically positioned to both support and benefit from the growth of Indonesia’s digital economy.

This year's Fortune Southeast Asia 500 reflects a highly competitive shift in the regional corporate landscape, with core strengths lying in the manufacturing, trade, banking, and technology sectors. Amidst these dynamics, Indonesia reaffirms its role as Southeast Asia's primary economic powerhouse, contributing 93 companies to the list.
