In accordance with Bapepam and LK Regulation No. IX.E.1 regarding Affiliated Transaction and Conflict of Interest on Certain Transaction, on September 30, 2016, the Company agreed to amend the loan facility agreement to PT Manggala Alam Lestari, Company’s indirect subsidiary, by increasing the loan facility from Rp 23,000,000,000 (twenty three billion Rupiahs) to Rp. 50,000,000,000 (fifty billion Rupiahs). Other terms and conditions which are not amended, shall remain in force.

The purpose of the increase of loan facility is to support the additional working capital of PT Manggala Alam Lestari.
