The Company, through PT Daya Anugerah Sejati Utama and PT Daya Mas Geopatra Pangrango, is currently preparing the development of three geothermal projects located in Cipanas and Cisolok Cisukarame (West Java), as well as Nage (East Nusa Tenggara). These projects are projected to begin commercial operations (COD) in 2029, with a total potential energy capacity of 140 MW.
The Company hereby announces the plan for the transfer of shares resulting from share buyback of the Company, from August 8, 2024 until completion, by means of the sale of the shares in IDX, of which it can be conducted without obtaining approval from the general meeting of shareholders
The Company, through SM+ and/or other affiliated parties, plans to develop data center services in Indonesia. Therefore, on December 19, 2023, the Company, through SM+, signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement with Smartfren and Smartel to purchase the data center property and equipment ("Transferred Assets") with a total value of Rp544 billion – exclusive of taxes, levies, and other fees imposed in connection with the acquisition of rights of the Transferred Assets (if any).
To support the business development of DMGE and DMGP in the geothermal energy utilization sector, on November 27, 2023, the Company, through PMS, increased its equity participation in DMGE by subscribing to all new shares issued by DMGE of 165,912 shares with a nominal value of Rp165,912,000,000 (“Transaction”).
On September 15, 2023, the Company bought back 36,850,000 shares with the value of Rp1,768,800,000,000. The report on the Result of the Implementation of Share Buyback is attached.
