In accordance with Bapepam and LK Rule No. X.K.1 regarding Disclosure of Information That Has To Be Made Public Immediately, the Company hereby announces that on May 19, 2016, PT DSSA Mas Infrastruktur (Company’s direct subsidiary with ownership more than 99%) and the Company, established PT Buana Mas Sejahtera, based on Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company No. 22, dated May 19, 2016, made before Yenny Widjaja, S.H., M.Kn., notary in Jakarta.

Authorized capital of PT Buana Mas Sejahtera is IDR.20,000,000,000 (twenty billion Rupiahs) consisting of 20,000 shares with nominal value of IDR.1,000,000 (one million Rupiahs) per share. Issued and paid-up capital of PT Buana Mas Sejahtera is IDR.5,000,000,000 (five billion Rupiahs) consisting of 5,000 shares. The shareholders of PT Buana Mas Sejahtera are PT DSSA Mas Infrastruktur as the owner of 4,990 shares and the Company as the owner of 10 shares.

Furthermore, on May 19, 2016, PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama (Company’s direct subsidiary with ownership more than 99%) and the Company, established PT Andalan Mas Sejahtera, based on Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company No. 23, dated May 19, 2016, made before Yenny Widjaja, S.H., M.Kn., notary in Jakarta.

Authorized capital of PT Andalan Mas Sejahtera is IDR.1,000,000,000 (one billion Rupiahs) consisting of 1,000 shares with nominal value of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiahs) per share. Issued and paid up capital of PT Andalan Mas Sejatera is IDR.250,000,000 (two hundred fifty million Rupiahs), consisting of 250 shares. The shareholders of PT Andalan Mas Sejahtera are PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama as the owner of 240 shares and the Company as the owner of 10 shares.
