Investment by an indirect subsidiary of the Company

The Company refers to the information disclosure that has been announced on March 1, 2022.

On August 10, 2022, PT DSST Dana Gemilang (“DSST”), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, completed the investment plan in PT Elang Andalan Nusantara, whose subsidiary operates DANA (“DANA”), an electronic wallet platform in Indonesia, with an aggregate investment exercise price of USD200,000,000 (two hundred million United States dollars) (“Investment”).



The closing of this investment was done after the conditions precedents as set forth under the subscription agreement, including approvals from various relevant authorities were fulfilled.


This investment is part of collaboration in digital business development. With this investment, DSST becomes one of the largest shareholders in DANA.
