On September 14, 2023, the Company bought back 29,500,000 shares with the value of Rp1,416,000,000,000. The report on the Result of the Implementation of Share Buyback is attached.
Through this transaction, the Company holds 117,255,327 treasury shares in total.
The Company will execute the Share Buyback in stages during the Share Buyback Period and will announce another information disclosure in the event that the Company has executed the next stage of the Share Buyback.
