Completion of the Acquisition Transaction

The Company refers to the Company’s Information Disclosures dated February 21, 2022, March 16, 2022, and March 30, 2022.

The Company announces that on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, Stanmore through SMC has completed the proposed acquisition of 100% shares of Dampier Coal (Queensland) Pty Ltd. 

The acquisition is expected to provide long-term added value to all shareholders of the Company.
