Investment by indirect subsidiary of the Company
On June 14, 2022, PT DSST Video Gemilang, an indirect subsidiary of the Company, has made an investment in PT Vidio dot Com (“Vidio”), an Over-The-Top (OTT) video streaming company, through subscription of new shares issued by Vidio. The exercise price for the investment is in the aggregate amount of USD25,000,000 (twenty-five million United States dollars). The investment is conducted as part of collaboration in the Company’s digital business development strategies.
