Information Disclosure

The Company plans to conduct share buyback with the maximum number of 154,110,464 shares or 20% of the Company's issued and listed shares on the IDX by referring to POJK 2/2013 jo. SEOJK 3/2020 ("Share Buyback"), which will be executed within 3 (three) months after the date of the Information Disclosure.

This Share Buyback is one of the Company's efforts to bring added value to the shareholders, improve share performance in accordance with the Company's fundamental conditions, and maintain public trust.
