On December 11, 2017, the Company signed loan facility agreement with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), with amount up to USD 40,000,000. The facility period is 7 (seven) years, with interest rate of 1-month LIBOR plus 4.60% per annum. The facility was secured among others by Company’s fixed asset.

The loan facility will be used to increase working capital of Company’s subsidiaries engaged in power generation business.
