On November 16, 2017, PT Manggala Alam Lestari, Company’s indiriect subsidiary, signed loan facility agreement with PT Bank Mega Tbk, with amount up to USD 18,100,000. The facility period is 7 (seven) years, with interest rate of 9% per annum. The facility was secured among others by corporate guarantee of PT Sinar Mas.

The loan facility will be used to support working capital needs of PT Manggala Alam Lestari.
