On 21 December 2016, PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati, Company’s indirect subsidiary, and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, has signed Investment Credit Facility with commitment up to Rp 343,434,000,000 (three hundred forty three billion four hundred thirty four million Rupiahs) for maximum 10-year period with the loan interest of 10.25% per annum.

The purpose of the loan facility is to support project development.

This facility is secured by, among others, fixed assets and receivables of PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati.
