On October 21, 2021, the Company and PT Rolimex Kimia Nusamas, a subsidiary, signed a loan agreement with a limit up to USD 10,000,000 for 1 year period. This loan facility will be used, among others, to support the working capital needs of RKN.
This loan facility does not have any significant impact to the Company's financial conditions.
