On December 30, 2019, the Company provides loan facility for Hillmas Coal Pte Ltd, Company’s isubsidiary, with limit up to USD 73,000,000, for a period of up to December 31, 2020 and interest of 7% p.a.

The purpose of the loan facility is to support working capital needs of the Company’s subsidiary
