On October 3, 2019, PT DSSP Power Mas Utama (“PMU”) transferred 20,000 shares (representing 100% ownership) in Great Horizon Capital Pte. Ltd. (“GH”) to PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama (“EMU”).

PMU, GH, and EMU are subsidiaries of the Company.
