On June 28, 2019, PT Innovate Mas Utama ("IMU") agreed to transfer 15,071,468 shares of MyRepublic Group Limited to Sunshine Network Pte. Ltd. (“Sunshine”).

IMU and Sunshine are indirect subsidiaries of the Company.
