On June 7, 2018, the Company agreed to provide loan facility to PT Innovate Mas Indonesia, Company’s indirect subsidiary with limit up to Rp 175,200,000,000, for 3-year period and interest 10.5% p.a.

The purpose of the loan facility is to support operational activities of the Company’s subsidiary.
