On December 11, 2017, the Company signed loan facility agreement with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero).

On December 4, 2017, Hillmas Coal Pte. Ltd., Company’s indirect subsidiary with effective ownership of more than 99%, has agreed to give loan facilities to PT DSSP Power Mas Utama and PT Andalan Mas Sejahtera, Company’s indirect subsidiaries, each with effective ownership of more than 99%, with limit up to USD 10,000,000 and USD 5,000,000, respectively, for 5-year period and interest 7% p.a.

On November 30, 2017, Golden Energy and Resources Limited (“GEAR”), Company’s direct subsidiary, has entered into a share subscription agreement with Westgold, a company engaged in gold mining and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
